The prices include all additional costs for electricity, water, gas, heating, bed linen, kitchen towels, and final cleaning.
1-week booking: Fixed booking period from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights).
2-week period: For bookings within 2 consecutive weeks, a minimum stay of 12 nights applies. Arrival and departure days can be arranged flexibly within this 2-week window. Billing is based on the actual number of nights booked.
3-week period: For bookings within 3 consecutive weeks, a minimum stay of 18 nights applies. Arrival and departure days can be arranged flexibly within this 3-week window. Billing is based on the actual number of nights booked.
Check-in (arrival): between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Check-out (departure): by 10 a.m. at the latest.
