Made in Italy – Taggiasca Olive

Here in the hinterland, everything revolves around olives. This is particularly evident in winter during the harvest season. The nets are spread out and the trees are shaken. It is quite an experience.

It is no surprise that the Taggiasca olive IGP is very popular among gourmets. The mild and fresh olive oil can be tasted at the annual OlioOliva olive oil fair, along with many other fine local products.
